Standard turnaround times

We have a turnaround of up to 14 working days for all orders. While most orders are dispatched within 7 working days please expect up to 14 working days before dispatch. This will allow for any delays should you be ordering for a special occasion. 

Bank Holiday & Weekend Closure

We are closed on weekends and bank holidays. No orders will be dispatched during these times. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
